NAM and LATAM Wealth Markets Technology Head

What you'll do

• Define and execute the technology strategy for the NAM and LATAM Wealth Markets segments.
• Lead the implementation and enhancement of the Wealth Markets platform to reach the target state architecture.
• Oversee all technology supporting equity trading operations, including order management, execution, and post-trade processing.
• Ensure all technology solutions comply with US equity trading regulations, including CAT, Reg NMS, and Reg BI.
• Serve as the primary senior technology liaison to Wealth Markets business leadership to translate needs into solutions.
• Build, mentor, and lead high-performing technology teams responsible for development, support, and innovation.
• Identify and mitigate technology-related risks to ensure the resilience, security, and stability of platforms.
• Develop application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, and implementation.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of relevant experience in implementing projects, systems analysis, and programming software applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• Demonstrated Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Applications Development and client core business functions.
• Extensive experience in the Wealth Markets technology domain, specifically within North America and Latin America.
• In-depth knowledge of the US equity trading landscape, market structure, and front-to-back office processes.
• Proven expertise in implementing solutions compliant with US regulations including CAT, Reg NMS, and Reg BI.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, and relationship building skills.
