Multimedia Graphic Design Specialist

What you'll do

• Produce print graphics to support intelligence and cyber community training products.
• Execute complex graphic design assignments requiring original and innovative solutions.
• Develop courseware for an approved Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Learning Management System.
• Operate and maintain digital media equipment while performing routine troubleshooting and upkeep.
• Provide technical support for multimedia content creation within Navy training environments.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications to support content development.
• Deliver high-quality design work within a deadline-oriented environment.

What we're looking for

• TS/SCI clearance is required.
• 3+ years of experience operating and maintaining digital media equipment, including troubleshooting and routine upkeep.
• 3+ years of experience providing technical support for multimedia content creation in environments supporting Navy training initiatives.
• 1+ years of experience developing courseware for an approved Naval Education and Training Command (NETC) Learning Management System (LMS).
• 1+ years of experience using multimedia software tools such as Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Graphic Design, or Communications and 2+ years of experience with Navy Training and digital media technology.
• 4+ years of experience with Navy Training and use of digital media technology in lieu of a degree.
• Navy Master Training Specialist (MTS) or DoD equivalent Certification (preferred).
• Military or Civilian Instructor Certification (preferred).
