What you'll do

  • Develop and support Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related enterprise application solutions.
  • Build customizations using JavaScript, Plugins, PCF Controls, Power Automate, and other Microsoft technologies.
  • Develop integrations between Dynamics, enterprise systems, reporting platforms, and external applications using APIs and Azure-based services.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across CRM, Power Platform, and integration environments.
  • Serve as primary coordinator for international development resources, ensuring timely delivery aligned with business priorities.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of experience developing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps and Power Automate.
  • Strong understanding of Dynamics customization frameworks (JavaScript, Plugins, PCF Controls).
  • Experience building integrations using REST APIs, Azure Functions, or Logic Apps.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and DevOps processes.
  • Experience coordinating offshore or distributed development teams.
