What you'll do

  • Gather, document, and refine functional requirements with business stakeholders.
  • Support backlog management by creating user stories and prioritizing enhancements.
  • Coordinate testing activities including test case creation and defect management.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with business teams to ensure compliance.
  • Serve as a liaison between technology teams and end users for clear communication.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience supporting CRM platforms or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, workflows, and functional specifications.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
  • Experience coordinating testing activities, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and release validation.
  • Familiarity with Power Platform capabilities including Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Experience working within Agile development environments.
