  • Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure efficient operation functions.
  • Advises business groups on strategic direction and resource application prioritization.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 4-6 years of supervisory experience in Business Operations or Program Management.
  • Strong track record of delivering step function improvements in operational performance.
  • Experience in the semiconductor industry, including product/hardware design and manufacturing.
  • Ability to architect process improvements for clarity on Installed Base (IB) performance metrics.
  • Develop executive dashboards and provide actionable insights for management.
  • Conduct regular reviews and manage escalations for IB Performance Management.
