What you'll do
Improve Services business processes and support product line strategies.
Track revenue/margin objectives for all Services product lines with Opex teams.
Develop understanding of key business systems (SAP, CRM) for Quote to Cash cycle.
Document business requirements to transform Services infrastructure in partnership with Digital Transformation teams.
Analyze data to provide actionable insights for management on revenue and margin drivers.
What we're looking for
At least 8 years of experience in operations or a related field with a bachelor’s degree.
Experience in the semiconductor industry or as a global supplier, particularly in aftermarket services.
Proficiency in key business systems such as SAP, CRM, and financials for quote-to-cash cycle management.
Ability to drive process improvement programs and manage medium to large-scale business system changes.
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide actionable insights for decision support.
Comfortable operating at the intersection of operations, finance, and technology.
