Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and 4 years of experience, a Graduate degree and 2 years of experience, or 8 years of experience without a degree.
Minimum physical mobility to climb ladders, lift/carry 35 lbs., and perform light mechanical tasks with hand tools.
Experience in mechanical design and testing with knowledge of material properties (preferred).
3+ years technical experience in mechanical design, CAD, or testing (preferred).
Ability to obtain Sec+ Certification (preferred).
Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences (preferred).
