As a Mechanical Engineer III, you will join a multi-disciplinary team to support the development of advanced mechanical systems and hardware for communication systems and antenna systems. What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
5-7 years of proven experience in mechanical design and product development.
Experience with full-lifecycle engineering including concept development, prototyping, testing, integration, and sustainment.
Proficiency with SolidWorks 3D CAD/CAM software and creating technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Hands-on experience with fabrication, assembly, testing, and troubleshooting complex mechanical systems using hand tools and precision measurement equipment.
Strong understanding of materials, machining processes, fasteners, tolerance stack-ups, and manufacturing methods like CNC machining or 3D printing.
Active DoD Secret clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD TS/SCI clearance.
