What you'll do

Manage the full lifecycle of mechanical and electro-mechanical systems from concept to productization.
Create CAD models and designs for components using various metals and plastics.
Perform structural, thermal, stress, vibration, and finite element analysis (FEA) to specify designs.
Conduct feasibility studies and develop test plans to validate design performance.
Ensure all documentation complies with SEMI standards and industry best practices for GD&T.
Evaluate motion and position risks to ensure ergonomic safety for internal customers.
Deliver technical reports, FMEA, and risk analyses to communicate design intent during reviews.
Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure designs are cost-optimized and manufacturable.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 5+ years of experience.
Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
Proficiency in 3D CAD tools such as CREO, Siemens NX, ProE, or SolidWorks.
Experience in performing structural, finite element analysis (FEA), thermal, and stress analyses.
Expertise in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T) and SEMI standards.
Strong technical writing and presentation skills to communicate design intent to diverse audiences.
Hands-on experimental and design background with solid engineering skills.
Experience in the semiconductor industry or project management is preferred.
