What you'll do

Design, implement, and deploy new features and services for the Matterport Platform.
Build backend services and integrations using Kotlin and other modern OOP languages.
Develop front-end components using modern UI frameworks like React or Angular.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree from an accredited, not-for-profit, in-person University or College.
Must be eligible to work full-time in the United States without visa sponsorship.
1+ years of development experience designing and delivering features and services in a cloud environment.
Experience developing SaaS solutions using modern OOP languages like Java or Server-side Kotlin.
Proficiency in building APIs, backend services, and integrations within an API-heavy, microservices environment.
Ability to work with relational and non-relational data stores.
Experience with microservices technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
Familiarity with messaging frameworks like RabbitMQ or Kafka and UI frameworks like React or Angular.
