What you'll do

  • Use AI development tools to analyze, refactor, and generate clean, secure, and testable code.
  • Evaluate AI-generated solutions for logic flaws, security vulnerabilities, and performance issues.
  • Validate data structures and ensure strict FinTech security compliance in all production code.
  • Tune database performance and manage complex system interdependencies.
  • Assist in the technical implementation of products for new and existing clients.
  • Design and build product enhancements to streamline client workflows and improve responsiveness.
  • Resolve technical requests in partnership with application support teams.
  • Participate in the full development lifecycle to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience (0–2 years).
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, system architecture, and relational database design.
  • Proficiency in using LLMs and AI coding assistants to navigate and transform complex codebases.
  • Ability to evaluate AI outputs for logic flaws, security vulnerabilities, and scalability issues.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Fluency in English as the primary working language.
  • Experience in FinTech, EdTech, or the education and payment industry is preferred.
