What you'll do

  • Own MCOS forecast and delivery for assigned scope; identify gaps to AOP targets.
  • Develop and maintain MCOS pipeline across multiple lanes including P2P, DCRs, resourcing, configurations, co-innovation, and should-cost initiatives.
  • Coordinate demand signals through MRP to minimize inventory and cost exposure.
  • Ensure accurate and timely MCOS and materials cost reporting aligned with BU, AOP, and executive requirements.
  • Resolve material, supplier, and quality issues impacting cost or schedule.
  • Lead cross-functional MCOS and materials forums and reviews.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in materials management, sourcing, cost management, manufacturing, or engineering roles.
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable cost reduction plans.
  • Proven success managing multiple initiatives in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at executive level.
