As an Operations Project Manager (OPM) for Microelectronics at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems in Apopka, FL, you will serve as a key liaison between manufacturing operations and program management, engineering, and global supply chain teams. What we're looking for
Bachelor’s Degree with 5+ years or Master’s Degree with 3+ years of relevant work experience.
Experience leading projects using EVMS/CAM techniques for cost and schedule management.
Working knowledge of ERP systems and Material Requirements Planning (MRP) systems.
Proven ability to manage project risks, opportunities, and conflicts effectively.
Leadership in manufacturing process development and continuous improvement initiatives.
U.S. citizenship required with capability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Clearance.
Active participation in program risk management and configuration control activities.
