What you'll do

Develop and manage production plans by coordinating with Purchasing to ensure component availability and schedule manufacturing.
Provide clear-to-build visibility regarding part shortages to both purchasing and production teams.
Generate accurate forecasts for the Supply Chain team regarding components required for production.
Collaborate with Engineering teams to provide visibility on material coverage during component changes.
Manage consumables inventory levels to ensure consistent support for production activities.
Maintain and develop processes within the MRP system and associated master data.
Oversee the entire material flow from raw materials through finished goods shipped to customers.

What we're looking for

3+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production role involving complex mechanical or electrical assemblies.
Prior knowledge of NetSuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
Ability to travel up to 15-20%.
Ability to relocate to Atlanta, GA if not already local.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical field, supply chain, or business with a technical concentration is preferred.
Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, and Six Sigma principles is preferred.
Demonstrated ability to manage a value chain from start to finish while coordinating multiple parties for on-time delivery.
