What we're looking for

  • 15+ years of experience in Master Data Management or related fields within healthcare or medical device industries.
  • Deep expertise in customer master data domains including HCO, HCP, GPO, IDN, hierarchies, and commercial master data.
  • Proven ability to define enterprise customer data strategies and translate business objectives into scalable solutions.
  • Experience leading large-scale customer master data initiatives and transformation programs.
  • Strong knowledge of data governance, quality, metadata management, products, and enterprise architecture.
  • Track record of partnering across Commercial Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Supply Chain, and Data & Analytics organizations.
  • Experience implementing modern data governance models like Data Mesh and Data Products.
