  • Set SMB marketing strategy and investment priorities aligned to business growth goals.
  • Own demand generation across ABM and paid media to align targeting with pipeline impact.
  • Establish governance for signals, leads, and funnel progression with clear prioritization.
  • Optimize performance across channels to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Partner with SMB Marketing to deliver integrated content and nurture journeys that drive conversions.
  • Lead seller-facing communication to ensure clarity on strategy and priorities.
  • Drive partner alignment and pilots to scale co-sell and co-marketing impact.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in business consulting, sales, marketing, or related field.
  • 6+ years experience in near-term strategy, management consulting, sales, or finance.
  • Strong collaboration skills in complex global organizations with senior partners.
  • Experience translating strategic goals into actionable plans for marketing and sales teams.
  • Proven ability to manage marketing investments, measure ROI, and track performance.
  • Leadership in large-scale events, executive engagement, and demand generation programs.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional team enablement skills.
