Manufacturing Test Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans to provide full coverage of wireless communication system feature sets.
• Develop logging and log analysis tools to capture performance of systems under test and test infrastructure.
• Own the design, implementation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of production test stations.
• Establish production tests and performance thresholds by collaborating with RF and systems engineering teams.
• Validate new testing approaches with engineering and quality teams for production rollout.
• Augment production test systems with software development teams to support new features and configurations.
• Perform advanced failure analysis and root cause determination for complex production issues.
• Optimize manufacturing test efficiency through continuous improvement of test infrastructure.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of test engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating in an electronics manufacturing facility with strict adherence to ISO 9001 processes.
• Strong foundational skills in software development with Python, C/C++, or related languages.
• Experience developing for Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, or Bare metal environments.
• Demonstrated experience in wireless/networking or an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
