Manufacturing Test Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and implement comprehensive test plans to provide full coverage of wireless communication system feature sets.
• Develop logging and log analysis tools to monitor the performance of systems under test and infrastructure.
• Manage the design, implementation, maintenance, repair, and upgrade of production test stations.
• Establish production tests and performance thresholds in collaboration with RF and systems engineering teams.
• Validate new testing approaches and methods for rollout into the production environment.
• Coordinate with software teams to update test systems for new features and product configurations.
• Perform advanced failure analysis and root cause determination for complex, design-related production issues.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, or another related technical field.
• Minimum of 2 years of test engineering experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating in a manufacturing facility with strict adherence to ISO 9001 processes and procedures.
• Strong foundational skills in software development using Python, C/C++, or other related languages.
• Experience developing for Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, or Bare metal environments.
• Demonstrated experience in wireless/networking or an electronics manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with RF instruments such as signal generators and spectrum analyzers.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
