As a Supply Chain Manufacturing Test Systems Engineer at our Salt Lake City Electronics Manufacturing Facility, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of automated test systems on the factory floor. You will design and implement comprehensive test plans and logging/analysis tools to cover all wireless communication system features, collaborating closely with headquarters’ RF, systems, software, and quality engineering teams to establish performance thresholds and validate new tests. Your responsibilities include maintaining and optimizing production test stations, troubleshooting complex issues, and supporting the rollout of new product configurations. Preferred qualifications include experience in Agile methodologies, CI/CD practices, and developing automated test equipment (ATE) software using Python or C/C++. Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker and strong data analysis skills are also essential for this role within a fast-paced environment focused on manufacturing world-class wireless communications equipment for military and public safety customers.

What you'll do
Design comprehensive test plans for full coverage of wireless communication system features.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field plus at least 2 years of test engineering experience.
Strong software development skills using Python, C/C++, or related languages.
Experience developing for Windows, Linux, MacOS, Android, or bare metal environments.
Proficiency with RF instruments and wireless/networking systems.
Ability to design, implement, maintain, and optimize automated test stations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and CI/CD practices in electronics manufacturing.
Strong data analysis skills and effective communication abilities.
