This position focuses on developing advanced technology solutions to support high-stakes national security operations and mission-critical defense systems across various domains of operation.

What you'll do

  • Develop and improve manufacturing performance through technical problem-solving and process optimization.
  • Design and improve manufacturing processes, methods, and tooling to enhance production.
  • Support production readiness, capacity planning, and process validation for new technologies.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma principles.
  • Analyze production data to identify improvements in yield, quality, and efficiency.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
  • Estimate manufacturing costs and support make/buy and process decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to apply AI and data-driven tools for operational improvement.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering field.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Department of Defense secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire.
  • Minimum GPA of 3.2 (3.6 preferred).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High motivation, initiative, and interest in manufacturing systems and operational excellence.
