What you'll do

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
5+ years of progressive experience in turbomachinery component manufacturing or aerospace/defense industries.
Experience with CAD/CAM software and CNC machining.
Familiarity with additive manufacturing and other advanced manufacturing technologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills for fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Ability to collaborate across functions and ensure compliance with quality standards.
