What you'll do

  • Improve quality, cost, delivery, and capacity metrics for Starlink satellite hardware.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to understand design intent of parts and assemblies.
  • Lead resolution of supplier quality issues through root cause analysis.
  • Define technical and quality requirements for suppliers based on program needs.
  • Implement and monitor the production part approval process (PPAP) with suppliers.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or STEM discipline
  • 2+ years of manufacturing, supply chain, supplier development/quality, or design engineering experience
  • Proficiency in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GDT) principles
  • Knowledge of metrology tools for measuring mechanical parts
  • Experience with production part approval process (PPAP)
  • Ability to manage mission-critical supply chains and establish strong relationships with suppliers
