What you'll do
Translate operational and business needs into clear technical requirements for factory performance initiatives.
Design and support analytics solutions using data from MES, ERP, quality, maintenance, inventory, and equipment systems.
Identify opportunities to standardize metrics and reporting across plants to improve efficiency and reduce duplication.
Develop actionable insights from complex operational and system data for real-time decision-making.
Drive adoption of digital tools by embedding analytics into existing operational workflows and factory management systems.
Collaborate with IT teams to ensure scalable, dependable, and performant solutions in manufacturing environments.
What we're looking for
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Operations Management, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience in business analysis and analytics within manufacturing or industrial environments.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, shop floor processes, and operational KPIs (safety, quality, delivery, cost).
Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar tools for data analysis and visualization.
Ability to integrate data from MES, ERP, quality, maintenance, and IoT systems.
Strong stakeholder management skills and experience in multi-plant manufacturing environments.
