What you'll do

  • Manage Digital Operations Integration activities to ensure alignment with local business functions.
  • Gather and validate local business requirements, conducting impact analysis for IT/Digital solutions.
  • Maintain and update the local Digital portfolio and roadmap for Operations, ensuring solution availability and deployment.
  • Lead change management and adoption of Digital solutions at plant level across various teams and suppliers.
  • Monitor service performance of Digital Operations solutions in collaboration with regional domains.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of operational support experience in an IM support environment or equivalent Digital Project experience
  • Technical certification in A+, Security+, Network+, Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate
  • Knowledge in ITSM, ITAM, ITIL, and KPI reporting
  • Proficiency in Service Now and Integrated Tools with at least 5 years of experience
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to plan, prioritize, organize, schedule, and execute assignments effectively
