What you'll do
Manage business change requests from initiation to completion.
Lead workshops with internal customers, process experts, and IT.
Develop training plans and coordinate training initiatives for functional teams.
Proactively review processes and data to identify opportunities and resolve issues.
Provide first-level support to shop floor users and maintain efficient system control.
What we're looking for
BS degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent field required
3 years of experience in medical device manufacturing with shop floor exposure
