Managing SAP Development Architect

What you'll do

• Design SAP technical solutions for S/4HANA, ECC, BTP, Fiori, and other core components aligned with business requirements.
• Lead and mentor a team of developers and consultants while managing workload balancing and task assignment.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development standards to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end development lifecycle from requirement analysis and technical design to testing and deployment.
• Define integration approaches between SAP and non-SAP systems while ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Govern technical debt and architecture compliance to ensure adherence to Clean Core principles.
• Translate functional requirements into technical specifications for project leadership and stakeholders.
• Coordinate deployments across development, QA, UAT, and production environments including cutover and hypercare activities.

What we're looking for

• Expertise in ABAP, ABAP OO, CDS Views, RAP, and ABAP Cloud.
• Proficiency in Fiori/UI5, OData Services, SAP BTP, SAP Workflow, and SAP Forms (Adobe/SmartForms).
• Experience in team management, Agile/Scrum delivery, and technical governance.
• Ability to design solutions for SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and BTP while ensuring Clean Core standards.
• Capability to manage end-to-end development lifecycles, including requirements analysis, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Architecture, Integration Suite/CPI, and security concepts (preferred).
• Skills in vendor coordination, stakeholder management, and risk management (preferred).
• Bachelor's Degree.
