Manager, Technology Recruiting

What you'll do

• Lead the technology recruiting team to align hiring strategies with business priorities.

What we're looking for

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience with at least 4 years in managing teams in fast-paced technology environments.
• Proven ability to engage and influence senior leaders by aligning recruiting strategies with business goals.
• Strong data-driven mindset with expertise in interpreting analytics for hiring strategy, forecasting, and stakeholder communication.
• Demonstrated success in developing scalable processes that prioritize efficiency and a positive candidate experience.
• Experience working with international teams and navigating diverse hiring markets globally.
• Adaptable leadership skills to manage through ambiguity and organizational changes while maintaining team performance.
• Hands-on approach to building and optimizing recruiting systems and workflows in dynamic environments.
