What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of IT or technical support experience
  • 5+ years in cross-functional environments with all business levels
  • 5+ years in software development using Agile principles and DevOps tools
  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • Experience with Agile Software Development/SAFe, DevSecOps, and AI implementation
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor team members for continuous improvement
  • Relevant experience in the Aerospace domain
