What you'll do

  • Manages relationships with vendors, ensuring proper training and documentation for system use and maintenance.
  • Drives the selection and integration of advanced technologies like AI into core HR platforms.
  • Ensures data privacy and security standards across all HR platforms in compliance with regulations.

What we're looking for

  • 8+ years of HR Technology experience, including at least 3 years in leadership.
  • Expert-level knowledge of Workday (HCM, Recruit, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Security).
  • Proven track record leading large-scale system implementations or HCM migrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
  • Strong experience in Agile/Scrum environments and ITIL frameworks.
  • Experience managing relationships with software vendors and developing training documentation.
