Translate education priorities and operational challenges into a multi-year business-led technology roadmap.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for site leadership and key business stakeholders.

What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
7 years of related experience in IT.
Proven experience leading technology delivery and support in a regulated manufacturing, operations, or industrial environment.
Ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps, investment priorities, and executable plans.
Experience partnering with senior business stakeholders and influencing across multiple functions.
Demonstrated strength in financial management, including budgeting, cost optimization, and total cost of ownership.
Experience managing complexity and competing priorities in a matrixed environment.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating performance across internal teams and external partners; direct people-management experience is preferred.
