What you'll do

  • Lead teams in delivering technical solutions that impact sales growth and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a portfolio of strategic partner relationships, focusing on technical readiness and co-innovation capacity.
  • Drive the creation and adoption of standard methodologies for large-scale Apple deployments across partners.
  • Coach team members to maintain deep product knowledge and effectively lead technical validations with partners.
  • Identify and develop joint solution opportunities, including integration development and managed services, aligned with Apple's enterprise strategy.
  • Champion customer and partner voices internally to inform product direction and program decisions at Apple.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales experience
  • At least 3 years in a channel or partner-facing technical capacity
  • 6+ years of people management experience with proven ability to develop technical talent
  • Proven experience navigating multi-party sales motions involving vendor, channel partner, and end customer
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and complex technical concept translation skills
  • Experience building or scaling partner technical enablement programs
  • Deep understanding of customers' businesses and technical ambitions
