What you'll do

  • Lead teams to enable customers to adopt, deploy, manage, and secure Apple Platform at scale.
  • Oversee technical readiness and co-innovation capacity of strategic partners for mutual growth.
  • Drive accountability in tracking pipeline health, win rates, and cycle-time for channel-led motions.
  • Coach team members to maintain deep product knowledge and deliver credible technical validations.
  • Champion customer and partner voices internally to inform product direction and program decisions.
  • Identify and develop joint solution opportunities with partners, including integration development and managed services.

What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of systems engineering, solutions architecture, or technical sales experience, with at least 3 years in a channel or partner-facing role.
  • 6+ years of people management experience, developing technical talent and leading distributed teams.
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-party sales motions involving vendors, channel partners, and end customers.
  • Strong command of enterprise sales methodologies and the ability to translate complex concepts for various audiences.
  • Experience building or scaling partner technical enablement programs such as certification tracks and competency frameworks.
  • Deep understanding of customer businesses and technical ambitions, with a track record in enhancing customer readiness for technology platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze business performance data and drive platform adoption.
