What you'll do

Manage and mentor a team of iOS and Android engineers in a fast-paced environment.
Define the product roadmap, set measurable goals, and lead the team to deliver results.
Evaluate technical tradeoffs for major decisions and provide high-level technical mentorship.
Hire, grow, and retain high-performing engineering team members.
Utilize AI tools and high-velocity workflows to design and ship scalable, secure services.
Execute large, complex technical initiatives that span multiple partner teams and backend systems.
Manage critical user flows including client-side instrumentation, regression detection, and incident response.
Drive A/B experimentation to define success metrics and make informed launch decisions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
9+ years of post-Bachelor's software development experience, 8+ years with a Master's, or 5+ years with a PhD.
At least 1 year of experience managing a team or acting as a technical lead.
Experience with mobile client development on either iOS or Android.
Deep understanding of mobile application development and experience leading a mobile engineering team.
Experience shipping consumer features through A/B experimentation and managing complex technical initiatives across multiple teams.
Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to streamline development while ensuring architectural integrity and security.
Experience with media pipelines, creator products, or large client architecture migrations (preferred).
