What you'll do

  • Lead and mentor agile engineering teams to foster a culture of ownership, growth, and high performance.

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience managing agile software delivery teams as an effective technical leader.
  • Experience building and scaling global, enterprise-grade, distributed, and high-performance systems.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring/Java EE, RESTful APIs, and frontend frameworks like Angular or React.
  • Proficiency in database technologies including Oracle and PostgreSQL.
