What you'll do

Own and manage the end-to-end identity verification lifecycle from CIP to ongoing CDD.
Build and operate systems enforcing KYC obligations across identity verification, due diligence, and sanction screening.
Drive AI-first automation to reduce manual review rates in KYC/KYB decisioning processes.
Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team to improve velocity and system reliability.
Act as the technical leader in customer and regulatory escalations for complex compliance scenarios.
Ensure the identity platform is extensible to accommodate new markets with varying regulatory frameworks.

What we're looking for

Experienced engineering leader with 8+ years of backend development and 3+ years in senior management.
