As a Space Proposal & Capture Manager at Anduril, you will join the Proposals & Capture Team and support the company’s growing Space Business Line by crafting compelling materials to inform customers' market research and acquisition strategies. Your day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with technical counterparts on engineering teams to represent Anduril’s technology accurately, managing responses to government and commercial customer requests for proposals ranging from two-page slick sheets to multi-volume documents, and providing strategic pricing recommendations across the Space Business Line’s products. You will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in business or defense contracting, and an active TS-SCI Clearance. Familiarity with non-traditional Government contracting vehicles and significant experience with Government solicitation processes for Space capabilities is preferred.

What you'll do

  • Manage responses to government and commercial customer requests, from slick sheets to complex proposals.
  • Provide strategic pricing recommendations across Anduril’s Space Business Line products.
  • Ensure security compliance and proper handling of unclassified and classified proposal content.

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business, government contracting, or defense contracting.
  • Active TS-SCI Clearance and significant experience operating in classified environments.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage proposal content on both unclassified and classified systems.
  • Proven self-starter with rapid information-finding capabilities in dynamic settings.
  • Familiarity with Government solicitation processes for Space capabilities preferred.
