What you'll do

Define and establish a new governance program for updating customer communications across multiple teams.
Create a clear process for creating, reviewing, and implementing new customer communication materials.
Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing.
Serve as the primary point of contact for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
Coordinate cross-functional reviews to ensure all documentation and testing meet governance standards.
Identify and implement improvements to the project delivery framework to increase efficiency.
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks while escalating critical issues to leadership.
Lead a team of communication creators using established best practices for content modernization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
At least 5 years of experience in Project Management.
At least 3 years of experience leading projects through the full lifecycle.
Master's Degree or MBA (preferred).
1+ years of experience with acquisitions integration within a technology or service-based organization (preferred).
3+ years of experience leading technology delivery projects (preferred).
3+ years of experience working with Product and Technology teams (preferred).
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification (preferred).
