What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to define actionable problem statements and manage iterative software delivery.
Must be able to own and prioritize three-year ML infrastructure and model delivery roadmaps tied to business outcomes.
Must be able to lead agile ceremonies and partner with technology teams on design decisions for technical problems.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
Prior experience with data engineering, machine learning infrastructure, MLOps, or software engineering (preferred).
