What you'll do

  • Manage all phases of the program life cycle from inception to completion.
  • Prioritize cost, schedule, and technical performance in alignment with strategic direction.
  • Develop new business opportunities through long-term planning and proposal development.
  • Coordinate preparation of proposals, budgets, and financial terms for contracts.
  • Conduct thorough risk management practices including root cause identification and mitigation.

What we're looking for

  • 9+ years of experience in project management for Government contracts or related industries.
  • Proven business acumen with expertise in managing profit and loss (P&L).
  • Extensive experience in repairs, spares, DMS resolution, product modification, and build-to-print production.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) and program forecasting.
  • Exceptional skills in coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multi-million-dollar budgets.
  • Strong technical background with mastery of the product structure for deliverables.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an active US Government Secret clearance.
