What you'll do

Manage a team of sourcing engineers and subcontract managers while hiring and training new talent.
Develop supply chain strategies to ensure continuity, quality, and cost optimization for large-scale production.
Negotiate complex commercial terms with suppliers to secure best-in-class pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
Lead all cost engineering activities to align bottom-up costs with product lifecycle targets.
Drive the development and consolidation of manufacturing Bills of Materials (BOM) to ramp up production.
Conduct value-stream mapping and risk assessments to optimize supply network lead times and component sourcing.
Manage CAPEX throughout the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase.
Implement process improvements and define KPIs to enhance overall supply chain performance.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
8+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production role for complex mechanical/electrical assembly.
5+ years of experience in a leadership position.
Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively across all levels of the organization.
Ability to travel up to 30% as required by the role.
Ability to relocate to or work on-site in Ashville, OH.
