Manager, Product Manager - Core Cases joins the Extended Servicing team to lead the transformation of Intelligent Document Processing. This role focuses on leveraging OCR and LLMs to scale reusable services across the enterprise while utilizing quantitative data to prioritize scalable innovation in customer-backed solutions. The manager will act as a key partner to Card, Enterprise, and Bank teams to extend tools and identify opportunities for innovation using both deterministic and probabilistic approaches. Responsibilities include modernizing existing solutions and defining their destination states. The ideal candidate demonstrates proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven execution, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. Candidates should possess a degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience translating business strategy into digital products to solve complex problems within the document processing and service expansion domain.
