What you'll do

  • Execute the migration of Personal Loans servicing from legacy systems to a third-party platform.
  • Document business rules, integration requirements, and back-office process designs for the integration lifecycle.
  • Perform rigorous operational validation to ensure new system integrations function correctly before and during cutover windows.
  • Maintain project documentation including RAID logs, process maps, and control frameworks to ensure audit-readiness.
  • Coordinate with Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve roadblocks during the conversion process.
  • Create transparency by maintaining status trackers and reporting vendor performance metrics to leadership.
  • Triage integration issues and escalate critical blockers to senior leadership to meet delivery milestones.
  • Lead and develop a team of associates while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or any degree with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • Preferred candidates hold a Master’s Degree in an MBA, MS in Information Systems, or Data Science.
  • Preferred qualification of 7+ years of experience in process, project, or program management.
  • Preferred qualification of 2+ years of operations or servicing-specific experience.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance frameworks such as FCRA, SCRA, AML, and KYC is preferred.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma are preferred.
  • Must be able to lead a team of associates while fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
  • Must possess strong communication skills to translate technical requirements into clear updates for diverse stakeholders.
