Manager, Product Management- Self-Service User Experience joins the Product Management team to champion the internal ecosystem for engineering and product teams. This role focuses on redefining developer productivity by building an intuitive, self-service UI platform that streamlines day-to-day development workflows. The manager will lead two high-performing technology teams to design automated, intelligent UI workflows, owning the strategic roadmap for self-service capabilities and user efficiency. Key responsibilities include conducting user research to eliminate systemic friction, translating insights into UI/UX strategies, and leveraging cutting-edge AI to embed data-driven automation into workflows. What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.

Must be able to own the strategic roadmap for self-service capabilities and user efficiency.
Must be able to identify and resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
Must be able to lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
