What you'll do

  • Build an intuitive self-service UI platform to improve developer productivity and reduce operational friction.
  • Manage the strategic roadmap for self-service capabilities and user efficiency across internal engineering teams.
  • Lead two high-performing technology teams while ensuring compliance with financial security frameworks.
  • Integrate AI and data-driven automation into UI workflows to create smarter, more intuitive experiences.
  • Conduct regular user research to identify and eliminate systemic friction points in the development process.
  • Translate user insights into actionable UI/UX strategies for internal engineering and product teams.
  • Partner with leadership to co-create interfaces that reduce risk while improving the developer experience.

What we're looking for

  • Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Alternatively, must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
  • Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products is preferred.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams to solve customer problems and drive organizational alignment.
  • Proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on internal and external customer needs.
  • Ability to leverage technology to deliver innovative, resilient, and high-value solutions.
  • Skill in identifying and resolving complex problems while mitigating product risks.
  • Experience designing automated, intelligent UI workflows and leveraging AI for data-driven automation.
