Manager, Product Management - CreditWise joins the CreditWise team to develop the Home experience, which serves as a launchpad for consumers to understand their financial situations and discover next steps toward goals. The role involves developing intent, building and delivering a product roadmap, and ensuring the experience is intuitive while connecting users to individualized insights and tools. The successful candidate will work closely with business and data analysts, engineers, business development partners, design, legal, risk, and compliance partners. The position requires a degree in a quantitative field or business/marketing, or three years of product management experience, to solve complex problems within the personal financial management product area.

What you'll do

Develop and deliver a product roadmap for the CreditWise Home experience.
Ensure the Home experience provides intuitive, individualized financial insights and tools for consumers.
Translate business strategy and data analysis into consumer-facing digital products.
Lead cross-functional teams of engineers, analysts, and designers to solve complex customer problems.
Identify and resolve complex product problems while mitigating operational and regulatory risks.
Leverage technology to deliver innovative, resilient, and scalable financial management solutions.
Drive organizational alignment with internal and external partners to shape the product vision.

What we're looking for

Must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field, Business, or Marketing.
Must have a Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (preferred).
Demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design and customer needs.
Demonstrate proficiency in business focus and execution excellence.
Demonstrate proficiency in technology-driven solutions for near-term and long-term value.
Demonstrate proficiency in integrated problem solving and risk mitigation.
Demonstrate proficiency in transformational leadership and cross-functional team alignment.
