Manager, Product Management - CreditWise joins the platform team to build the foundational infrastructure for an intelligent financial co-pilot. You will own shared standards, capabilities, and applications that feature teams build upon, ensuring features are delivered rapidly, consistently, and resiliently across every destination channel. Your day-to-day involves developing intent, building a roadmap, and collaborating with engineers, technical program managers, business analysts, and legal, risk, and compliance partners. You must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. The role requires a quantitative background or three years of product management experience to solve complex problems in personal financial management. You will leverage existing enterprise capabilities to provide high-impact experiences while mitigating product risks for the CreditWise brand.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field or a Bachelor's degree in any field with at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on customer needs.
Must be business-focused with a track record of delivering outcomes through leverage and execution excellence.
Must be technology-driven to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for near-term and long-term value.
Must possess integrated problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems while mitigating product risks.
Must demonstrate transformational leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
