Manager Product Management - Collections & Recoveries Platform, Offers, Integration, and Experience joins the US Card Collections and Recoveries product team to improve engagement with customers facing financial hardship. You will partner with technology teams, business analysts, operations, risk, and legal departments to design and launch new product capabilities. Key responsibilities include leading discovery, setting product roadmaps, and driving delivery for initiatives involving operational data infrastructure, analytical data infrastructure, recoveries platforms, payments, and offers. You will build scalable, data-driven solutions to bridge raw data into business-ready datasets for machine learning models and analytics. The role requires proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership. You will specifically address the business problem of managing credit risk and helping delinquent customers navigate periods of instability.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design to innovate product solutions based on customer needs.
Must be able to deliver business-focused outcomes through execution excellence and strategic leverage.
Must be technology-driven to deliver innovative and resilient solutions for near-term and long-term value.
Must possess integrated problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues while mitigating product risks.
Must demonstrate transformational leadership to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational alignment.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
