What you'll do

Define and modernize the payment stack to support global online and offline transactions.
Develop strategic product roadmaps by collaborating with cross-functional internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with local regulations by partnering with Treasury, Finance, and Privacy Legal teams.
Decide between building in-house solutions or leveraging third-party services for payment capabilities.
Define detailed use cases and technical requirements for engineering teams to execute.
Represent business interests during the design and development phases of product features.
Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers focused on payment services.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience managing a team of Technical Product Managers focused on payment services and processing orchestration.
Direct experience at a leading global payment service provider or merchant with exposure to state-of-the-art payment platform architecture.
Track record of independently driving payment modernization initiatives in high-throughput, mission-critical environments.
Strong technical background with the ability to engage with engineering teams and understand system-level tradeoffs.
Proficiency with AI and Deep Learning technologies and their practical applications in payments.
Familiarity with global regulatory trends such as SCA and tokenization, and fluency in the payment ecosystem (e-wallets, issuers, acquirers).
Ability to synthesize complex topics and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
BA/BS in Business or Computer Science or equivalent experience (preferred).
