What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of experienced product managers.
  • Define and deliver the customer feature roadmap and underlying personalization platform capabilities.
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of AI-powered recommendations, lifecycle marketing, and dynamic merchandising.
  • Drive the implementation of cutting-edge personalization technologies while maintaining world-class privacy standards.
  • Scale continuous experimentation programs to test and improve conversion metrics.
  • Translate high-level concepts into detailed technical plans and execution roadmaps.
  • Coordinate with engineering, data science, and design teams to align on portfolio priorities.

What we're looking for

  • 7+ years of product management experience in e-commerce, including leadership of complex projects and 2 years of people leadership.
  • Proven track record of leading, coaching, and empowering teams of product or program managers.
  • Experience building multi-year technical roadmaps that align feature, platform, and capability investments to business priorities.
  • Deep technical proficiency in solution design and architecture for scalable experiences or platforms.
  • Ability to manage the full product lifecycle from ideation through detailed planning to delivery with systematic rigor.
  • Experience partnering across business, engineering, and design functions to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
  • BA/BS in Computer Science, a technical degree, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • Experience with AI-powered commerce, large-scale personalization systems, or continuous experimentation programs (preferred).
