Responsibilities include creating self-service tooling for inspecting failure diagnostics, rerunning targeted test suites, and re-validating changes. You will also operationalize endpoint change control by replacing manual approval bottlenecks with software-driven release gates that track test execution and data-driven risk scores. Key competencies include human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven innovation, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership to improve developer experience and operational metrics like Time-to-Acknowledge.
Architect the product strategy for test failure notifications and diagnostic reporting.

What we're looking for
Must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field, Business, Marketing, or a Bachelor's degree in any field with 3 years of Product Management experience.
Must demonstrate proficiency in human-centered design, business focus, technology-driven solutions, integrated problem solving, and transformational leadership.
Must be able to architect product strategies for test failure notifications and diagnostic reporting.
Must be able to build developer-friendly interfaces and integrations for Slack, Teams, Jira, and webhooks.
Must be able to automate change governance and release gates using software-driven risk scores.
Must be able to define and track usability and operational metrics like Time-to-Acknowledge and developer satisfaction.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer-facing digital products (preferred).
