What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree with 8 years relevant experience or equivalent
  • Complex project management experience
  • 5 years of people management or leading a team
  • Experience in manufacturing training, learning technology, or talent development
  • Understanding of OSHA, ISO standards, and industry-specific training regulations
  • US citizenship required; ability to obtain and maintain US Govt Secret Clearance
