Information System Security Manager

What you'll do

• Manage cybersecurity projects, deliverables, and risk throughout the entire system and program lifecycle.
• Perform security control assessments and oversee the execution of Continuous Monitoring Plans.
• Lead a team of Information System Security Officers by providing tasking, guidance, and mentorship.
• Brief government customers and stakeholders on system security posture and advocate for risk-based decisions.
• Coordinate with customer representatives to facilitate assessment and authorization actions.
• Manage the spillage response process for all areas of responsibility.
• Develop new concepts or standards to improve processes, systems, solutions, and products.
• Collaborate with engineers to implement and sustain security controls across secure networks.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of experience, a graduate degree with 7 years, or no degree with 13 years of related experience.
• Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance with an active counterintelligence (CI) polygraph.
• DoD 8140 qualifying certification (e.g., CISSP, Security+, GSLC) or ability to obtain within 3 months.
• Willingness to submit to a full scope (FS) polygraph investigation.
• Experience as an ISSM managing cybersecurity on classified systems under JSIG, NISPOM Ch8, ICD 503, and/or NIST 800-53 implementations (preferred).
• 9 years of experience with networking equipment, vulnerability scanning results, log review, SIEM, DLP, and UBA tools (preferred).
• Experience developing, managing, and providing evidence to close POA&Ms associated with A&A and project management processes (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
