Manager, Information Security Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead the Accreditation, Authorization, and Audit team in managing and implementing secure information systems.
• Track all assigned systems for Assessment and Authorization (A&A) status and oversee accreditation actions.
• Establish and maintain a rigorous audit program to support all assigned programs.
• Develop and implement security solutions to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to define and implement security requirements throughout the system lifecycle.
• Forecast systems engineering manpower needs and create workforce and staffing plans.
• Author and update Assessment and Authorization (A&A) Body of Evidence (BOE) documentation.
• Manage Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) associated with A&A processes and vulnerability management.

What we're looking for

• Ability to obtain a US TS/SCI security clearance.
• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior ISSE experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior ISSE experience.
• Minimum of 13 years of prior ISSE experience in lieu of a degree.
• CompTIA Sec+ certification.
• Demonstrated experience leading and establishing guidance and accountability.
• Experience with Xacta or eMASS.
• U.S. citizens.
